257 Instrumental Methods
A variety of courses, each concentrating on a specific group of instruments, designed to provide both the practical and theoretical information relating to the pedagogy and performance of those instruments while developing the physical techniques required to employ them. These courses are specifically designed for music majors who expect to teach music in the public schools but may also be taken by general music majors or minors for elective credit. May be repeated with permission of instructor when topic varies.
